(no psychiatric evaluations) for the following purposes:

  • Neuro-Psychoeducational
  • Legal-Forensic
  • Capacity Issues
  • Fitness for Duty
  • Workman’s Compensation
  • FAA – HIMS Neuropsychologist and Psychologist
  • Impaired Physicians/Nurses (IPN/PRN)
  • Disability Status

DR. PROSJE DOES NOT ACCEPT ANY INSURANCE, all is SELF-PAY
